Crudo e Nudo is an Italian-inflected seafood restaurant & market from Leena Culhane and Brian Bornemann that graduated from its roots as a pandemic pop-up to a brick & mortar in April 2021, debuting on Santa Monica's lively Main Street. Culhane & Bornemann oversee the daily operations at Crudo e Nudo in tandem, with Bornemann serving as executive chef and Culhane running point on front-of-house, design, and community outreach.
