About Lucette Brewing Company
Lucette Brewing Company was founded in 2010 with a focus on creating high quality beers. Named after Paul Bunyan's sweetheart, Lucette, to pay homage to the lumber and beer pioneers that built the Chippewa Valley. In 2015 we added on a Woodfire Eatery creating handcrafted Neapolitan- style pizzas, taught by a VPN certified chef, it is as close to Italy as you can get. All of our pizzas are created with 24 hour fermented dough, covered in hand-pulled mozzarella, and locally sourced ingredients.
