Why We Like It
A cushy little bistro with brick walls and plush seats, Avant Garden was James Beard-nominated restaurateur Ravi DeRossi’s first foray into plant-based dining (his portfolio has grown quite a lot since then). Luckily for everyone, the original still sings: longtime favorites include the cremini mushroom toast, the scorched cauliflower, and the reimagined and artfully plated paella.
