You’ll likely have way too much fun with this menu from Top Chef contestant Jae Jung. It’s a mix of Korean and Cajun flavors (hence the name), with deviled eggs made with soy-marinated eggs and cracklin’, green tomato kimchi, and a superb gochujang and buttermilk marinated fried chicken. Oh, and don’t sleep on the seafood jjajangmyeon.
