Keith McNally’s spin on the rustic Italian tavern is a pretty picture with its wooden beams, tiled floors, and bricked-up archways. And the rest of the dining experience follows suit, with trattoria hits — your meal would be remiss without the fritto misto — and a typical (read: well-heeled) McNally crowd filling the booming room.

Opened by Keith McNally in 2007, Morandi is a rustic Italian trattoria located in the West Village. The restaurant is open from breakfast through dinner, as well as for brunch on weekends and for original cocktails or full meals at the bar. Chef Fabio Bano serves regional Italian dishes, which include the restaurant's classics as well as seasonal specials.
