Why We Like It
While some of us perfected our sourdough during the pandemic, acclaimed chef Wylie Dufresne (of wd~50 and Alder) decided to tackle pizza and the result is this: a perfectly crunchy and chewy crust, topped with the usual suspects (classic margherita, pepperoni) and the unusual (see the Oddfather, or smoked eggplant with zucchini and tempura crumbs).
Need to Know
We are currently accepting reservations 14 days in advance. Groups larger than seven guests can book events at www.Stretchpizzanyc.com. We welcome walk-ins if there is space, usually at the bar. Reservations are strongly recommended.
