Why We Like It
While some of us perfected our sourdough during the pandemic, acclaimed chef Wylie Dufresne (of wd~50 and Alder) decided to tackle pizza and the result is this: a perfectly crunchy and chewy crust, topped with the usual suspects (classic margherita, pepperoni) and the unusual (see the Oddfather, or smoked eggplant with zucchini and tempura crumbs).
