Why We Like It

There are only 18 seats at Tim Lin’s off-the-wall minimalist sushi bar, but you’ll definitely want to grab one. The fish is impeccable and the omakase menus are a relative bargain — but best of all, Lin has fun with sushi tradition. The best evidence? His signature “Big Mac” — toro two ways, two kinds of uni, and a wisp of wagyu beef in a crisp nori wrapping.

Please note that omakase is asked of for each sushi bar seating, and omakase or a la carte order is asked of for each table seating. We serve $69 omakase-12 pieces with 1 chef choice handroll and $100 omakase-15 pieces with 2 apps and 1 M torotaku handroll at this location. We don't have vegetarian options. Please note that we got sushi bar seating and table seating, and please make sure that you are actually booking for the correct seating preference. Sushi bar seating is for 60 minutes and table seating is for 90 minutes. Seating will only be held for up to 10 minutes.
