There are only 18 seats at Tim Lin’s off-the-wall minimalist sushi bar, but you’ll definitely want to grab one. The fish is impeccable and the omakase menus are a relative bargain — but best of all, Lin has fun with sushi tradition. The best evidence? His signature “Big Mac” — toro two ways, two kinds of uni, and a wisp of wagyu beef in a crisp nori wrapping.
