Toast Offer Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the below limited-time offer made by Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) to eligible SMBs (defined below) that (i) do not currently utilize products and services provided by Toast, (ii) are referred by (x) Toast to Resy/Tock (collectively, “Partner”) or (y) Partner to Toast, and (iii) execute (x) a Toast Merchant Agreement and (y) further terms and conditions for merchant access to Partner (“New Customers”).
Upon satisfaction of such obligations, each New Customer will receive the following, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein:
(1) A one-time discount of 50% on Toast hardware (“Hardware”).
(2) A one-time software promotion for six (6) months of free Marketing Essentials (applies only to the monthly subscription fee).
(3) A one-time 100% discount on implementation fees for hardware installation.
(4) A one-time $500 credit for Toast Advertising to be used on Google Ads platform.
(5) The Toast Restaurant Management Suite will not be required for new Resy users (applies only to the monthly subscription fee for Resy integrations; all other integrations require the monthly fee).
Promotions are limited to one per New Customer per location. New Customers must meet all eligibility and performance requirements to receive promotion. Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to software (excluding the specified promotions), implementation, shipping, or any other fees not explicitly set forth above. If a New Customer redeems one of the promotions herein on a software subscription or implementation service, such New Customer will not be eligible for any other promotions on the specific software subscription or implementation service (but may be eligible for promotions on other software or implementation services not specifically mentioned herein). All credits will be applied after the costs are incurred by the New Customer. Each of Partner and Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any promotion provided by such respective party at any time, without notice, and will determine eligibility at its sole discretion. “SMB” shall mean a merchant customer with fewer than fifteen (15) restaurant locations and that signs up for Toast through Toast’s small and midsize business channels. Toast shall determine whether a merchant customer is considered an SMB in its sole discretion. Termination before the end of the 12-month term will result in an adjusted final invoice for the prior months at the non-discount rate. The subscription auto-renews on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time directly on the Culinary Agents website within the billing section of your business profile or by contacting the Culinary Agents support team at info@culinaryagents.com. The discount will be applied monthly and is valid for one calendar year from activation of the offer. Canceling your subscription bundle prior to the end of the calendar year from the offer activation date will make the discount unavailable for future use.
